Follow the steps below to sync Google mail, contacts and calendar with Apple Mail, Contacts and Calendar.

Step 1: Click the Apple icon in the upper right corner, then click System Settings

Step 2: In System Settings Perferences > Internet Accounts click Add Account.

Step 3: Click Google

Step 4: Click Open Browser on new window that appears

Step 5: In the Sign in with Google screen, type in your “[email protected]” email address and click Next

Step 6: Enter your password and click Next

Step 7: Click the Continue button on the “macOS wants to access your Gmail Account”

Step 8: Uncheck Notes and leave checked Mail, Calendar and Contacts.

Step 9: Click back arrow in system settings
