Follow the steps below to sync Google mail, contacts and calendar with Apple Mail, Contacts and Calendar.

Step 1a: In Settings, scroll down to Mail

Step 1b: In Settings, scroll down to Mail and click on it.

Step 2: Click on Accounts

Step 3: In Settings → Mail → Accounts click Add Account

Step 4: Select Google

Step 5: In the Sign in screen, type in [email protected] without the quotes and click Next.

Step 6: Type in your password and click Next

Step 7: Click Continue on the “iOS wants access to your Google Account” screen

Step 8: Uncheck the Google apps you do not need and click Save.

Step 9: Your new Google Gmail account is added
